Trainee Technician

Work Involved: 

As a Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients responsible for providing great customer service whilst getting the opportunity to learn and navigate a diverse range of systems.

Whilst no previous experience is necessary, you'll have a keen interest and desire in emerging technologies and providing support to clients. Entry-level qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are desirable and a structured learning path will be provided to the successful candidates who show ambition and motivation to progress both academically and professionally.

The post holder will work within the Service Delivery team to help them deliver the best results possible. The role is continually evolving due to the fast-paced nature of this industry and to be successful you will need to thrive in this type of setting.

2. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Drive to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks

7. Able to use own initiative to work independently and to solve problems and find better ways of working.
8. Confident working under pressure.
9. Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.

Training Available:

Full training and qualifications study support.

Working Hours and Pattern:

37.5 hours Monday to Friday
