Post-16 Networking Event

What is the aim of the Post-16 Networking Event?

The event is an opportunity for all Post-16 students in the island to network with employers, businesses, education and training providers. Members of the community interested in speaking to employers, businesses, education and training providers about their career plans are also welcome to the event this year.

For students and community visitors, it helps increase their awareness of opportunities, supports raising aspirations and ensures they have up to date information about skills and qualifications required. Teaching staff from Post-16 are also invited along to help increase their understanding of opportunities in the Bailiwick to support the students they are working with.

For employers and businesses, it is an ideal opportunity to showcase what your sector has to offer with helpful careers information about job roles, entry points, qualifications and skills, training and future forecasting with the changing nature of work.
