Job Duties:
Undertake day-to-day administrative tasks for a portfolio of clients. Ideally, the principle skills required will be double entry bookkeeping with the ability to prepare accounts to TB. Knowledge of Company Secretarial procedures, statutory regulations and compliance requirements. General knowledge of banking systems and processes. Good IT skills are a pre-requisite.
The Senior Administrator will be expected to support the signatories in their section and the Assistant Director on an ongoing basis to ensure the efficiency of the section is maintained. They will also assist with the coaching & development of Administrators.
Pay: £Neg + company benefits
Training Available:
Ongoing professional development courses to support vocational qualifications
Hours per week: 35 per week
