Network booklet
The Guernsey Network
Welcome to one of our most comprehensive and informative publications of the Guernsey Network Booklet with over 300 students at over 70 universities and colleges. This is a third of all the students currently studying in Higher Education. This booklet is available to be viewed in all island 6th forms and at the Careers Service.
All the students whose names appear in the booklet have volunteered to be contacted. You are welcome to discuss any issues to do with higher education with them. This might range from the content of their courses to the types of accommodation offered.
Congratulations to Katherine Wheeler for winning this year’s prize of £20 for the first name drawn from the return forms, Katherine is studying Psychology at Lancaster University.
How to use the Network
For those readers not familiar with this booklet you will find that it is divided into two sections.
· Students listed by establishment.
· Students listed by course
Both sections are in alphabetical order. We have also included an index for quick reference and on the last page are the names of any late additions.
Some names may occur in two sections of the courses list as they could be studying more than one course. Think carefully about where your course may be found e.g. Exercise and Sports Science will occur in Biological Sciences.
You can contact students by telephone, letter or e-mail. The information given to us is as accurate as it can be. Please remember that students do change addresses and e-mail addresses. If you cannot contact them then try their local number.
Please mention where you received your information, thank them for being part of the Guernsey Network and next year join us in making the transition to higher education easier.
